I recently stayed at a resort in Khao Lak and had a fantastic experience. The staff at Palm Galleria Resort-Sha Extra Plus were amazing. They were so helpful throughout my stay, making sure all my needs were met. The pool at the resort was also great, and there was even a pool bar/restaurant with two happy hours. The bar lady, Tu, made the best cocktails. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and I loved that they were cleaned daily. The resort also had a small gym and a table tennis area for some added entertainment. Additionally, there was a convenient shop located just outside the resort for any last-minute needs.

The hotel is close to amazing beaches, such as the White sand beach which was ok, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. However, if you want to explore further, you might have to rely on taxis for transport. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and hot water. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure you have everything you need. The breakfast is good, with a variety of options to choose from. The pool is great for swimming and even has a slide for added fun. a pleasant stay with great facilities.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful and peaceful beach. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making me feel at home right away. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice terrace to relax on. I also enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel restaurant, especially the authentic Thai dishes. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of space to swim and even a fun water slide. this place exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and top-notch service.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. They would definitely appreciate the amazing location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms.

A Gem of a Resort

During our stay at Palm Galleria, we were pleasantly surprised by the attentive and friendly staff. The check-in process was efficient and welcoming. The pool area was a highlight, with a fun water slide for the kids and a great poolside bar offering excellent value for money, especially their gin and sprite cocktails. The breakfast selection had a good variety and the staff always greeted us with a warm welcome. Our room was lovely and impeccably clean. The manager was always available and ensured any issues were promptly resolved. our experience at Palm Galleria Resort was fantastic, making it a hidden gem worth visiting.

Had a great Easter break at this resort! the location was just what we needed, with beautiful scenery and plenty of restaurant options nearby. the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, always willing to help with anything we needed. We especially enjoyed the pool and the delicious cocktails offered at the poolside bar. the breakfast selection was also great and included vegetarian options, which was a big plus for us.

Although we had a great time overall, we did notice that some areas of the resort were in need of a bit of attention. the rooms were a little dated, and some of the furniture showed signs of wear and tear.
