The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is conveniently situated near all the major shopping centers in the city, including the renowned MBK shopping mall. Additionally, it is very close to the BTS station, making transportation around the city incredibly easy. The hotel facilities are beautiful and well-maintained, and the cleanliness of the rooms is top-notch. The breakfast provided at this hotel is delicious and offers a wide variety of options. Finally, the staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

Nothing, everything was great.

The hotel had a prime location in the heart of the city, with easy access to popular shopping centers and attractions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering stunning views of the city skyline. The WiFi reception was excellent throughout the hotel, which was a major advantage for staying connected.

It would be better to explore the variety of food options available outside the hotel. Additionally, the club lounge could be improved, with a move to a higher floor for better views and extended hours for serving alcohol would enhance the overall experience.

It was right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel was just a stone's throw away from the main shopping mall and had a direct connection to it. Additionally, the hotel was also connected to the BTS skytrain, which made getting around the city a breeze. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay during my business trip.

It took over 30 minutes, which was a little frustrating, especially after a long journey. Another downside was the limited breakfast spread.

As low-budget travelers, we were impressed by the quality of the rooms and the cleanliness of the hotel. The housekeeping staff on the 14th floor went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location is great, with a 7/11 and a mall nearby.

The rooms are spacious and the breakfast has a wide variety. The wifi is excellent and the staff are friendly and attentive. The maintenance team is efficient and quickly fixed any issues. The soundproofing is impressive, ensuring a peaceful stay.

We stayed at the Pathumwan Princess Hotel for 10 days, as a family of 2+1+grandma. The location was fantastic, with a raised walkway directly to Siam Central, making it easy to get around. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, with fantastic facilities. The staff were incredibly nice and attentive, and the service from the door staff and cleaning staff was exceptional. The breakfast offered a wonderful variety, and the hotel had the best wifi we've ever encountered. The maintenance staff were efficient and fixed any issues promptly. The interior soundproofing was also excellent.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a cozy atmosphere. The hotel's location was also a key factor for me as it was conveniently located near a popular shopping mall, where I could shop, enjoy a massage, and find halal food options. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly like. the hair dryer in the room was not working at its maximum capacity, which was a bit disappointing.

Our recent stay at a 5-star hotel, Sha Extra Plus Certified, was superb! We loved the spacious room and great facilities, especially the large gym and variety of sports courts. The complimentary snacks and beverages at the club lounge were a bonus. we would highly recommend this hotel to others!

The hotel is also conveniently linked to the BTS train system, making it a breeze to explore the city. The facilities were excellent, with an Olympic pool that stays open until 10:30 pm and a warm Jacuzzi. The room had a great urban view, and I had the best sleep throughout my entire trip. The staff went above and beyond to ensure exceptional service. The breakfast was varied and delicious. a brilliant hotel for shopping and transportation links.

Great value for the money. The deluxe room was spacious with a big bathroom and a bathtub. The staff was polite, helpful and able to communicate in English. They even surprised me with a complimentary birthday cake. The hotel's location was excellent, directly connected to MBK mall and the Metro. It was in the center of a bustling shopping district with plenty of options for shopping, food, and entertainment. The breakfast included in the room rate offered a wide variety of options.

The adjacent MBK shopping center was a convenient and air-conditioned haven for shopping enthusiasts like us. The hotel's gym had a wide range of equipment, ensuring a great workout experience. The cafe on the ground floor was a delightful spot for some live music and indulging in delicious desserts.
