Located near the beach, this hotel offers a convenient spot for tourists with many massage places, restaurants, and shops nearby. The rooms are clean and housekeeping service is reliable. Guests can enjoy a lovely balcony with a lot of plants and a nice view.

Customer service could have been better. Upon arrival, the staff was unresponsive and not welcoming.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It's tucked away down a laneway just across from the beach, so you can be there in a minute. Plus, it's so close to all the other Patong attractions, like massage places and restaurants.

The lack of halal options for food. It would have been nice to have more dietary options available.

We were delighted with our stay at Patong Karlssons Hotel. The location was ideal, just a minute away from the beach and close to all the attractions in Patong. The room we stayed in, Room 22, had a beautiful balcony adorned with lush plants, offering a peaceful retreat. The room itself was bright, airy, and impeccably clean, with daily housekeeping. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, promptly delivering a hair dryer and an extra set of keys to our room upon request. The hotel's restaurant was also a highlight, with a lovely ambiance, delicious food, and excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be returning. we highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Patong.
