The staff at the Patong Palace Hotel were incredibly friendly and made us feel like family during our stay. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily access both the beach and the city without being overwhelmed by the crowds. The hotel had a great restaurant and a beautiful island yard that was meticulously maintained. We would definitely book this hotel again. a highly recommended stay.

This hotel is nestled in a lush green well-maintained garden, providing a relaxing ambiance. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with a tub and powerful showers. The hotel offers excellent value for money, and the breakfast is delicious and plentiful.

the spacious and clean rooms were equipped with powerful showers, something rare in Thailand. the hotel's location was conveniently walking distance from all major attractions, yet was quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. the friendly staff went above and beyond to assist me.

It wasn't all perfect. the hotel was close to a noisy construction site, which was audible from the swimming pool area.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with a large balcony for fresh air. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, including a large and clean pool. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach and the bustling downtown area. The staff were very friendly and made us feel like family.
