You can easily walk to the beach and enjoy the beautiful views and sounds of the ocean. Additionally, the hotel is close to everything, so you have easy access to restaurants, shops, and other attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bathrooms are also larger than average, providing ample space for your needs.

The reception and management of the hotel can be quite hostile, as mentioned by previous guests.

During our stay at Patong Paragon Resort & Spa, we were delighted with the spacious and clean rooms. The window concept in the bathroom allowed us to enjoy the view of the sea while relaxing. The free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast added to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. The pool was absolutely amazing, and we had a great time lounging by the poolside bar. Additionally, the hotel's location near the beach and convenience stores made it easy for us to explore and access necessities. The female receptionist and housekeeping staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation experience.

While the staff is courteous and friendly, one minor issue arose during the stay. the price for in-room breakfast was not communicated correctly upon check-in.

I recently stayed at Patong Paragon Resort & Spa Sha Extra Plus for a week-long vacation. The bottom floor room with direct access to the pool was perfect. The spacious and clean Junior suite provided a comfortable stay. I loved being just steps away from the pool and the beautiful Patong Beach. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a variety of options and made-to-order eggs. The staff were friendly, attentive, and took care of all our needs. The excellent security and superb location made our stay even more enjoyable.
