We stayed at a hotel during new year and it was fantastic! The rooms were clean and cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel was located in a convenient location, and we had easy access to great shopping and dining spots. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, always providing us with excellent customer service. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the variety of food offered.

While we did enjoy our stay, we wish that the hotel had more amenities available to guests. For example, there was no gym or pool, which would have been nice to have.

The room was big, clean, and comfortable. Facilities and toiletries were improved compared to my last stay. Reasonable price. Friendly staff. Nice and quiet, perfect for relaxation. Felt safe in the hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The sunrise view from the higher floors was breathtaking, showcasing the charm of the city. The check-in and check-out processes were hassle-free, and free parking was provided. I would recommend this hotel for a calm and quiet stay.

The hotel offers great value for money, making it a budget-friendly option for travelers. The prices for extra pillows are reasonable, allowing guests to customize their comfort without breaking the bank. Additionally, the location of the hotel is convenient for those willing to take public transport or have their own transportation, making it easy to explore the nearby shopping area by Tuk Tuk or visit the Klong Hae floating market.

While there were a few areas that could be improved upon, overall, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.
