We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was ideal, situated near a beautiful clock tower in the center of town. The room was beautifully decorated and kept impeccably clean by the attentive housekeeping staff. We were impressed by the range of amenities provided, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The hotel also offered excellent room service, car hire, and dry cleaning services, making our stay even more convenient. The staff were polite and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. The hotel had a stunning outdoor swimming pool and a spa & wellness center where we could relax and unwind. The free Wi-Fi and on-site car park were also much appreciated.

Liked the friendly staff and the building's elegant design. The view from the room was quite nice and the facilities provided were okay for the price. its location was great and very accessible, just a short walk from a bus station and department store.

Disliked the lack of cleanliness and quality of service. The overall atmosphere was damp, old and gloomy.

The value for money at Pearl Hotel - Sha Plus was excellent, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet still conveniently close to attractions like the 3D museum and a nearby Seven Eleven. The staff were friendly and helpful, arranging taxis and providing excellent laundry service. a great experience.

The breakfast option could use some variety.

The helpful staff offered to switch our twin room for a double and were cool with pushing the beds together. Great location for the Sunday night market and exploring the island by bike. Clean, comfortable rooms.👍

We loved our time at Pearl Hotel. The location was excellent, very close to the charming old town and convenient bus stops. The hotel room was clean and well-furnished, providing all the necessary amenities such as water, fridge, air conditioner, towels, shampoo. The staff, including those at the reception, restaurant, and housekeeping, were friendly and attentive. The hotel's decoration was beautiful, and it was conveniently located near shops and restaurants.

Additionally, there was a 7-eleven and scooter hire conveniently located just across the road. The check-in and check-out process was easy and hassle-free. The rooms were neat, clean, and had excellent wifi. The hotel's public areas, including the corridors, were well-maintained and impressive. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served at the hotel. it was a basic, clean hotel that was perfect for our needs.
