the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. the maids were also amazing, keeping the rooms in great condition. the presence of dogs around the yard made me miss my own furry friend a little less. the location was perfect for exploring the city, as everything in the Old Town was within walking distance. the hotel itself was clean and beautifully decorated, giving it a traditional Thai ambiance. the spacious rooms and common areas were a delight to be in. I can't speak highly enough about my experience at Pha Thai House.

The resort itself felt like an oasis, providing a peaceful retreat from the busy streets. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to assist us in English. The clean and refreshing pool was a great way to cool down, and we loved the environmentally friendly approach with filtered water in the foyer to reduce plastic waste. The breakfasts were delicious and filling, catering to our whole family. The wifi was also excellent. we highly recommend Pha Thai House.

The hotel had beautiful traditional Thai decor and a lovely swimming pool. the owner was incredibly kind and went out of his way to make our stay memorable. He spoke perfect English and French and was always ready to help us with anything we needed. the location was also great, with shops, markets, and temples within walking distance. We enjoyed exploring the city and coming back to the peaceful oasis of the hotel.

That our room was quite dark, as it was located in the older part of the complex. We needed to keep all the lights on to brighten it up.
