The size of the rooms was impressive, with a spacious living room, kitchen, bathtub and shower, and a balcony. The location was also great, with a 7/11 nearby and an ATM outside of the hotel. Plus, it was only 200 meters away from the BTS station, and the hotel even offered a free shuttle Tuktuk ride to the station. The amenities provided were also a bonus, with an ironing set, washing machine, and drying rack in the room. The staff went above and beyond, surprising my husband with a cake and singing for his birthday.

The breakfast was a letdown, not of the best quality. Additionally, the noise levels were quite high, especially with a family constantly moving between rooms, banging doors, and kids yelling in the corridor.

We had a fantastic stay at Parkroyal Suites. the room was incredibly comfortable with cozy beds and pillows. It was spacious and had a fully operated kitchen, perfect for families. the hotel staff, including reception staff Naptan, Aliz and Miya, were excellent and made us feel welcome. the location was great, just a short walk from the NANA BTS station. We also enjoyed the quiet rooms, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. the air conditioning was spot on and the room lighting added a cool, homey touch. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, from the moment I arrived at the door to the girls at the front desk who assisted with check-in. The hotel facilities were top-notch with a lovely pool and spa that opened early in the morning. The location was perfect, right in the middle of all the nightlife and close to a night market for shopping. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and they had everything I needed, especially for traveling with young kids. The hotel even provided kitchen facilities, a washing machine, and iron facilities. The separate living area and two TVs were very convenient. The hotel was also centrally located near cafes and not far from the Nana BTS station, making it easy to get around.

The location was perfect, close to Nana BTS and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. We also appreciated having a kitchen and washer/dryer in the room. I highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay.

La vasca idromassaggio era bellissima e rilassante. La colazione presso una pasticceria vicina era deliziosa. Il materasso era comodissimo e c'erano diverse scelte di cuscini. La posizione dell'alloggio era ideale, a due passi dal centro storico raggiungibile a piedi. La proprietaria era gentilissima e sempre disponibile.

Not one thing.

I had a comfortable stay at Parkroyal Suites. The room was spacious and the bed was nice and comfy. I especially enjoyed having a balcony to relax on. The AC kept the room cool, which was a relief in the hot weather. The housekeeping staff and travel staff were excellent in their service.

While some were very good, others didn't smile and lacked personal attention. The reception staff in particular were a bit hit or miss.
