The hotel was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and well-maintained facilities. the rooms were clean and beautifully designed, with a bed that was incredibly spacious and comfortable. the service provided by the staff was top-notch, always friendly and attentive. the hotel also organized excellent excursions, such as the Hong Island trip, which was a highlight of our stay.

The spa prices were quite high compared to other places we've been to around the world. Additionally, our room could use some updating, as the sofa cover was old and there was a stain in the bathtub that needed attention.

The room was incredibly relaxing and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the amazing views and the beautiful garden surrounding the property. the amenities provided were of great quality, especially the comfortable bed and the delicious breakfast. the property felt secluded and peaceful, which was exactly what we needed to relax.

The dining options seemed overpriced and the selection for children's meals was limited. the service by the pool could have been better, as it was non-existent for ordering food and drinks.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facility was excellent, with our Royal Beech Villa located right on the beach and boasting a large private pool in the front yard. The villa itself had a unique design, with a super sizable king bed and a big sofa bed for the kids. We also loved the private clothing cab for the children and the forest shower in the large private garden. The hotel staff was amazing, especially our butler Yid, who made sure we were happy throughout our whole week-long stay. The location was simply beautiful, and the hotel offered a range of activities to keep us entertained every day. The spa was one of the best we've seen, and the pool bar service was exceptional. we highly recommend this hotel for couples and small families looking for a relaxing getaway by the water.

During our recent stay at this resort, we were truly blown away by the exceptional service we received. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and made to feel like VIPs. Our butler, Tanya, went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met, from arranging pool cabanas to making dinner reservations. The attention to detail and personal touches throughout our stay were simply outstanding.

In terms of drawbacks, we did notice a few minor issues such as the absence of an ice bucket in the room unless requested and the lack of razors readily available. However, these did not detract from the overall outstanding experience we encountered at this resort.

We recently stayed at a luxury hotel in Krabi and were impressed with the exclusive amenities provided. the service was exceptional - the staff went above and beyond to fulfill our every need. the spa and wellness centre was a treat, offering a variety of body treatments and massages. the outdoor swimming pool was a relaxing spot with sun loungers and a beautiful garden area.

The only minor issue was the entertainment, which was lacking in comparison to the other luxurious facilities that the hotel offered. Nevertheless, we had an enjoyable stay, and the breathtaking views from the pool with view made up for it.

But what really stood out was the complimentary service to Hong island - it was absolutely spectacular! this hotel provided exceptional hospitality and made our honeymoon a dream holiday.

Excellent food at the restaurants, with the added bonus of growing their own herbs on the property. Good spa facilities with a fantastic Thai massage. Cultural tour was an amazing experience.

The outdoor area with tropical lush greens was beautiful and provided a lovely atmosphere. the Royal Beach Villa had a breathtaking panoramic view of the ocean, which was truly unforgettable. the villa's interior design was luxurious and grandiose, with a huge bed that was incredibly comfortable. the bathroom was extravagant and had a spacious wet room with dual rain showers and luxurious amenities. the dining experience at the restaurants was exquisite, with exceptional food and service.

There were some issues with the service at the restaurants and pool bar, which was inconsistent and average. the spa experience was horrible, as they messed up our massage appointments twice and we ended up not getting a massage at all.
