The garden was very well taken care of, which was a nice sight. Also, the pool was fun to play in with the family. We enjoyed spending some time there before heading out to the city. Additionally, the rooms were individually designed which was kind of cool to see, as each of them had a different feel to it. The beds were quite comfortable and the fridge was a bonus.

The breakfast was an issue as it only had Thai options that we didn't enjoy. Also, the coffee machine was not working properly which was frustrating. The rooms had a musty smell which made it a bit uncomfortable. not the best experience we’ve had during our city trip.

This hotel impressed us right from the start. It is well-maintained with a variety of fun and spacious apartments. The friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The pool was a nice addition and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had all the basic amenities we needed, including a TV and a veranda. The breakfast provided was also satisfying and gave us a great start to the day.

We absolutely loved the creative and unique architecture of Phutara Resort. Each room had its own individual design and the large, clean spaces made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The well-maintained gardens were a beautiful sight, and the spacious parking area was a plus. The hotel also had a lovely playground for the kids, which added to the family-friendly atmosphere. we highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic ambiance and amenities.
