Arrival during rain, but host ensured a smile. Authentic, treasure-filled rooms. Hope to stay again. Duke arranged local restaurant and boat tour. Clean, well-equipped apartment. Beautiful garden with relaxation area and playground. Excellent breakfast. Duke organized pick-up, boat trip, and sightseeing. Thankful for a perfect stay.

During our stay at Phuttal Residence, we were greeted with a warm welcome and treated to delicious snacks and herbal drinks by the owner. The traditional Thai house we stayed in had a beautiful river view and was clean and spacious. The breakfast served next to the river was delightful, and the staff were lovely, helpful, and polite. We also enjoyed a boat trip around Ayutthaya Island, arranged by the owner. I highly recommend this unique and charming place.

This hotel is conveniently located near all the main attractions, with a beautiful river view right outside the door. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have a top-notch shower. The host is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast served by the river is delicious.

The steep staircase might be difficult for some guests to climb.

I had a fantastic time staying at this hotel by the river. The location was perfect, being close to temples and the elephants ride spot. The staff were friendly and helpful, with the owner even offering to give us a ride to dinner. The rooms were spotless and the wooden Thai home was charming. The breakfast, although basic, was delicious, especially the cut mangosteen. I loved spending time in the backyard by the canal, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. excellent value for money and attention to detail.

The scenic location by the river and the relaxing garden were definitely the best aspects of the place. the breakfast served outdoors was quite delicious. the boat trip around the island that was offered by the hotel was a great way to explore the city.

The hotel staff was not upfront about additional charges for children's stay and mistook the guest's avoidance of a higher boat ride price as an opportunity to offer it at a lower price, which left a negative impression. some of the amenities such as steep staircases may prove troublesome for older guests or those with mobility issues.

Excellent and clean room with perfect decoration and attention to detail. Duke, the host, offers exceptional help and is always reachable via WhatsApp. Nice breakfast with a variety of options. Great Thai atmosphere and superb hospitality. Staff go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The river view from the double room is beautiful.

We had a lovely 2-night stay at this Thai-style wooden home. The host and staff at Phuttal Residence were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. The beautiful scenery and breakfast by the river were enjoyable, and we loved the convenient access to boat rides from the property. The location was perfect, within walking distance of historical sites and a short tuk tuk ride to the main Buddhist stupas and the museum. Duke, the owner, was onsite and provided excellent assistance while also respecting our privacy. The rooms were spotless and the homemade breakfast in the garden was heavenly. We also appreciated the eco-friendly amenities. a wonderful experience.
