The staff, rooms, pool, breakfast, location, airport shuttle, and elephant sanctuary visit were all amazing!

Everything was spot on.

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, with easy access to the bustling streets and beautiful temples nearby. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a decent variety of choices, ensuring a good start to the day.

The air conditioner in the room was a bit noisy, which could be bothersome at times.

The location was excellent, with shops and a food market within a short walk. The hotel's proximity to the main road made it easy to explore further and rent a scooter. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel.

Convenient transportation with little red buses/taxis available for 30 baht per person. Clean pool for a refreshing afternoon. Reception staff was helpful and arranged a hassle-free hire car and airport transfer with a lovely parting gift.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the complementary breakfast and room service. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short distance from the airport and within walking distance of several popular attractions. One of the best aspects of our stay was the gorgeous interior and decor of the hotel, which made for an Instagram-worthy stay.

Although the hotel had many positives, there were a few things we didn't like. the room had a slight mosquito problem, and the reception offered only a repellent plug-in to fight them off.

Het hotel bevindt zich pal naast de luchthaven, waardoor het ideaal is voor reizigers met een vroege vlucht. Ondanks de nabijheid van de landingsbaan, was ik blij verrast dat ik geen last had van geluidsoverlast dankzij de goede isolatie. Het ontbijt werd al vroeg geserveerd, wat perfect uitkwam voor mijn vertrek. Natuurlijk had ik de mogelijkheid om samen met het vriendelijke personeel te eten tegen een kleine vergoeding.

Helaas kreeg ik een verkeerde kamer toegewezen, wat voor wat ongemak zorgde. De kamer was niet helemaal schoon en de deur kon niet goed sluiten.
