Stayed at a centrally located hotel with friendly staff always ready to help. The room had twin beds that were surprisingly comfortable, and the bathroom was clean despite being a bit outdated. While the WiFi was unstable, the hotel had a nice pool to cool off in. The breakfast buffet was decent. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and value for money.

The price for the hotel was a bit high, and some of the amenities could have been better. The shower water was too hot, which made it uncomfortable to take a shower, and there was no complimentary coffee or tea in the room.

One staff member in particular was fantastic and arranged a free trip to the casino in Laos, which also avoided the queuing at the border. The room was clean and comfortable, with amenities such as air conditioning, a sitting area, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had excellent room service, so grabbing a bite to eat was never a problem. the stay was fantastic and I would highly recommend this venue to family and friends.
