I was impressed with the modern rooms at a good price. The spaciousness and abundance of windows provided a nice view. Despite some comments about the smell, I found it to be typical for Thailand. The location was also great, within walking distance of Maya Mall and harbor restaurants. I would definitely return to Prestige Chiang Mai.

This budget hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and a convenience store. Guests can easily access the main road to flag down songthaews and tuk-tuks for transportation. In addition, there are plenty of stalls selling local food within walking distance. The hotel also offers spacious and new rooms with strong WiFi connection.

The staff at the hotel can be pushy and the porter lacks professionalism.

This hotel provided great value for money with its spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The attention to detail was evident, from the well-cleaned rooms to the big bathtub that offered a relaxing experience. Additionally, the location provided a nice view and the staff offered excellent service.

The pool was nice and the breakfast was okay, but the best thing about the hotel was the location. It was within walking distance to some great places like catmosphere and foodforthought. transportation was easy to arrange with buses and tuktuks readily available.

The room was smelly, and we had to keep the bathroom door shut because of a drainage issue. the decor was lacking with concrete walls and conduit, and the shower was mounted at knee height.

For the price we paid, Prestige provided excellent value. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with shopping malls and food options within walking distance. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially towards our child.

Breakfast offerings could be improved by replenishing the fruit when it runs out.
