The facilities were great and we found the hotel staff to be very helpful. Plus, we really appreciated the complementary facts offered during our stay. The location was also very convenient and easy to get around. It was a nice bonus to have a pool on-site as well.

There were a couple of downsides to our experience. Our room had a lot of dust on the curtain and it flew over us when we opened it.

The only minor issue was that the shower in my room was not working properly, but the staff promptly addressed the problem and even offered to switch my room. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was enjoyable.

The value for money at Pullman was great, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The location was perfect, close to Central and surrounded by nice places to hang out. The staff treated us like VIPs, always friendly and accommodating.
