The facilities were great and we found the hotel staff to be very helpful. the location was also very convenient and easy to get around. It was a nice bonus to have a pool on-site as well.

There were a couple of downsides to our experience. Our room had a lot of dust on the curtain and it flew over us when we opened it.

As a light sleeper, I was impressed with the excellent soundproofing in the room, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

We were just a stone's throw away from the clubs and there was even a night market nearby. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom, offering both a bath and a separate shower cubicle. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcomed and attended to. Additionally, the hotel offered fast wifi and a nice swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds.

It would have been better if there were more options available for the welcome drink voucher, as it seemed limited in terms of choices.

I also enjoyed the exclusive amenities in my room, which added to my overall comfort. the restaurant and bar/lounge area provided a variety of delicious and well-crafted options, catering to all dietary needs. the location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions.

The only minor issue was that the shower in my room was not working properly, but the staff promptly addressed the problem and even offered to switch my room. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was enjoyable.

The value for money at Pullman was great, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The location was perfect, close to Central and surrounded by nice places to hang out. The staff treated us like VIPs, always friendly and accommodating.
