We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with a lot of amenities around and a short walk to the metro and buses. The communication with the staff was excellent throughout our stay. The apartment was nicely decorated and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided, including shampoo, shower gel, towels. The Wi-Fi was excellent and the kitchenette was well equipped. We especially enjoyed the little courtyard where we could dine on the outdoor table. The hotel staff also provided a mosquito repeller, which was much appreciated. we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Ramada. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and the beachfront location was a huge bonus. Our ocean front suite offered breathtaking views of the sunset and the blue sea. The room itself was spacious and beautifully designed, with a large bathroom and "his and her" sinks. The staff at Ramada were friendly, attentive, and efficient, making our stay truly enjoyable. We also appreciated the complimentary mini bar and the option to choose from a range of pillows. We were impressed with the location, as it was near local bars and restaurants and provided easy access to other parts of Khao Lak. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great Christmas stay with two good amenities on offer. Great location with easy access to shops and restaurants. the beach was a plus, with attentive staff providing towels and sun loungers.

But had some issues with cleanliness, with some stained towels and fixtures in need of maintenance. Menu options were limited, and the special buffet nights appeared not worth the extra cost.

The garden design was excellent, pool area was very nice, breakfast was very good, chicken/pork egg fried rice was the best, coffee was excellent.

The beachfront restaurant at the resort offers a delightful dining experience. You can enjoy your meal while taking in the stunning sunset views over the ocean. Additionally, the location of the restaurant is perfect for relaxation in the sleepy Khao Lak area.

The beach at the resort does not have strong waves and it's not possible to walk far along the shore. However, this is not the fault of the hotel and should not detract from the overall experience.

Our stay here was one of utmost luxury. From the exclusive amenities like the stunning Sauna to the beautiful outdoor swimming pool, this hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs. The massage at the Spa & wellness centre was especially rejuvenating. The beach access was easy, making it a perfect location to relax. The restaurant had an amazing buffet breakfast every morning and the catering services definitely surpassed our expectations. Moreover, the staff was always ready to serve with a smile, making our experience even better.

There was only one minor issue during our otherwise perfect stay; the sewage smell in the bathroom during the morning hours.
