We had an amazing upgrade to an Executive Suite on the 16th floor with a breathtaking view of the river and Bangkok. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. We enjoyed the complimentary buffet breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktails. The free water shuttle to the BTS was convenient. we had a luxurious and enjoyable stay at Ramada. I would recommend this hotel. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a stunning riverside view, a large pool surrounded by tropical plants, and a sun deck overlooking the river. The decor is stylish with classic Thai elements like teak flooring, Thai silk, and carved wood paneling. The breakfast buffet is good, and the lounge access comes with excellent food and drink options. The hotel offers boat shuttle services and is located close to a night market and the river taxi for easy transportation.

Great New Year's Eve celebration dinner at the Terrace with value for money. Excellent location with easy access to public and water transportation.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the river was amazing. The rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed. I enjoyed the spacious swimming pool and the hotel's excellent facilities. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the nearest skytrain station, the night market, ICON Siam Shopping Mall, and the Asiatique market.

The value for our money at Ramada was excellent - we were even upgraded to a penthouse suite! The location by the river and the shuttle boat service provided easy access to transportation. The staff was always helpful and friendly.

The view over the river was amazing. We enjoyed the sunset from the bar and the boat shuttle to the sky train was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable with good amenities. we had a great stay at Ramada.

the warm welcome from the staff and their attentiveness throughout my stay was exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast served on the terrace, overlooking the river. the comfortable beds and well-equipped rooms provided everything I needed. Plus, the breathtaking view of the river from my room was fantastic. the spacious swimming pool was a great feature, and I also appreciated the convenient shuttle boat that linked us to the sky train. This was my umpteenth stay at Ramada, and it continues to impress me each time.

I loved the convenient boat shuttle that took me to the skyway and downtown. It made exploring the city so much easier. the breakfast at the hotel was also a highlight. the spread was delicious and the patio near the riverside provided a wonderful atmosphere to start the day. Lastly, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring. It was easy to walk to nearby attractions and the main road was just a short distance away.

One thing I didn't like was the confusion during check-in. the hotel staff didn't communicate well about the billing and ended up splitting the invoice into two rooms, even though I had booked and paid for both rooms.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel by the river. The staff was personable and attentive. The location was perfect, close to Asiatiq, a fantastic modern night market. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast on the terrace was superb with a great choice of food and a lovely view. The pool area was comfortable and convenient. a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Some guests were inappropriate by spitting in the pool.
