We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with a supermarket conveniently located downstairs that stayed open late. The hotel itself was stunning, with clean and well-prepared rooms that were perfect for our family. The staff were absolutely amazing, always friendly and helpful. We had an incident where we lost our iPhone in a taxi, but the front office staff went above and beyond to assist us, especially a girl who was off duty on a specific night. We were truly touched by their warmth and assistance. The check-in and check-out process was quick and stress-free, and the housekeeping and security at this place were top-notch. We also loved the good-sized swimming pool and the common areas, which added to the overall appeal of the hotel.

Excellent location close to main hub of Chalong. The pool area is really nice and the gym is well equipped. The room was simple, clean, and serviced daily. Wifi functioned well. The manager assisted with the rental of a motorbike at a good price. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
