I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Lamai Beach for a week-long vacation. The front desk staff at this property were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location of the hotel, right across the street from the beach, was absolutely perfect. In addition, the rooms were a great value for the money, especially considering the prime beachfront location. The hotel was also conveniently located near a variety of bars and restaurants, offering plenty of options for dining and entertainment.

The hotel's location, right next to the beautiful Lamai beach, was perfect. I enjoyed the convenience of being so close to the beach and having access to free sun loungers. The hotel facilities were also impressive, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The restaurant attached to the hotel had a great view of the sea and offered fast and polite service. The dormitories were fantastic, with curtains, adequate storage space, good showers, and even charging facilities.- The reception staff, particularly Nok, were fantastic and provided excellent service.

The rooms could do with some maintenance and TLC, as some fixtures were barely attached to the wall. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel, with the requirement to pay for the stay and any extras on arrival, as well as a high deposit for the room key.

Rich Resort Beachside Hotel is conveniently located near McDonald's, so I never had to worry about going hungry. The staff was great at helping me book fun activities like elephant trekking and snorkeling tours. They even rented me a vehicle to explore the island!

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the rooms at Best Resort. The large front room in our suite provided ample space for relaxation and the two bathrooms were a luxury. It was wonderful to have direct access to the swimming pool right from our front door. The location of the suite overlooking the pool and beach made our stay even more enjoyable. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the room to the beach. the room itself was spacious and had helpful amenities like a fridge and safe. the restaurant at the resort had a great view of the sea and the food, especially the pizza, was absolutely delicious. I also appreciated the use of the pool and the free sunbeds on the beach. the staff were incredibly friendly and helped me organize my further travel plans. it was convenient to have bars and restaurants within a few minutes' walking distance.

As a family looking for a calm and relaxing vacation, Best Resort was the perfect choice for us. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere during low season and the beautiful beach just steps away. The spacious rooms provided ample space for us, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. The free wifi was strong and reliable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the fire shows at the Swing Bar. The addition of a pool at the Swing Bar was a great bonus, and we made good use of it. Best Resort provided excellent value for money and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. We will definitely consider coming back.
