The excursions desk at the hotel was rarely manned, making it difficult to get information or book activities spontaneously.

I recently stayed at a new and clean hotel in Krabi, situated across from the river and within easy walking distance to downtown. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as coffee/tea, a safe, and a fridge. I especially enjoyed the nice balcony and window seat, which provided a great spot to relax. The overall decor was modern and bright, creating a restful atmosphere. The bathroom was also good and the staff was friendly and helpful, even accommodating a last-minute room allocation when I fell ill. The hotel also provided free tuktuks to town at certain times, which was convenient. The pool was lovely and offered a nice private space to swim.
