The hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms, with a nice balcony overlooking the neighbor's yard. Being able to use the pool at the neighboring resort was a great perk. The staff, especially Mr Tao, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing us with plenty of information and creating a pleasant atmosphere during our stay.

While the hotel itself was fairly standard, the mattress could have been better. there was some construction noise in the morning, which was expected during low season.

My stay at the Riviera Boutique Hotel was absolutely perfect. The rooms were clean and had great facilities. The pool area at the sister resort, just two minutes away, was fantastic. The beach near the pool offered stunning sunsets. The hotel's restaurant served delicious breakfasts, and they even had tuk tuks available for hire. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby.

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally helpful during our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even gave us a room upgrade when there was an issue with the AC. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on Khlong Khong beach. We loved having a chill out balcony space in our room, which was great for enjoying the beautiful views.

Spent my Xmas holiday in a nice hotel. Room was clean and fresh, plus the staff was very accommodating. the location was also perfect since it was just a short walk to the main street with delicious food options and a few minutes to the beach. the family running the hotel had a cafe and restaurant downstairs, which meant great convenience.

There were some aspects that I didn't enjoy. the water pressure was very low in both the toilet and shower.

I can't recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially Mr Tan and his family, were incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time on Koh Lanta. the rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with all the amenities we needed. the on-site cafe and restaurant served delicious food and the breakfast included was excellent. We also booked a boat tour through the hotel at a great price and had a wonderful time. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and plenty of Thai restaurants nearby. the pool was a great addition and the WiFi worked well. We'll definitely be recommending Cha-Cha to our friends visiting LANTA!

The staff here is extremely friendly and provides excellent service, going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with basic amenities like air conditioning and a balcony. Plus, the included breakfast is a nice touch.
