Value for money: This hotel offers great value for the price we paid. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen and microwave for our convenience.

Renovated, comfortable rooms with a good selection of TV channels. Fast wifi and a clean, spacious bathroom with a great shower. Limited number of rooms for an exclusive feel. Close to Lamai beach and shops, but walking back at night can be a bit dark and deserted.

We loved our stay at Royal Cottage Residence! The owner was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The fast wifi was a bonus, and the swimming pool was great. The location was convenient, with the beach, restaurants, and bars just a short walk away. Excellent value for money!

There was nothing I didn't like.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located near everything Lamai had to offer. It was just a short walk down the main street of Lamai Beach, and only 200 meters away. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast included a variety of options, and the facilities, such as the pool, were clean and relaxing. the hotel offered a small kitchenette, which made meal options convenient.

I did notice that there was some noise from other guests during my stay.

The bartenders were amazing - they went above and beyond to provide great service, including playing guitar. The room was spacious and clean, and the location was convenient to the beach and key attractions. Plus, renting a motorcycle through the hotel made getting around a breeze.

We never had hot water during our stay - despite reporting the issue every day. The breakfast was also lacking in healthy options, and we were surprised to not find free water in our room. Additionally, it was a bit concerning that staff stopped working at 8 PM, leaving only guests in the hotel without any security present.
