The cleanliness of the whole hotel was impressive. The staff was always friendly and smiling, providing excellent service. The location was perfect, being close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable experience.

The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Location wise, it was just a few minutes walk from the main road and tourist hubs. the hotel provided a free shuttle service to the airport which was convenient and saved us the hassle of hailing a taxi.

Our stay was marred by a few drawbacks. the air-conditioning in our room was not functioning properly and it took a while for staff to fix it.

The hotel also offers fast internet, making it easy to stay connected.

The hallway outside the rooms can be a bit noisy at times, especially when doors are being closed or trolleys are being moved.

Although tea and coffee were not provided in the rooms and the décor was slightly dated, the hotel offered great amenities and I would definitely consider staying there again. Just returned from a fantastic stay at a hotel in Pattaya. Sabai Inn was excellent in every way. the staff were brilliant, always attentive and accommodating. the hotel itself was well-maintained and had a great selection of amenities. the location couldn't have been better - close to Terminal 21 & Central Marina, with easy access to the beach and plenty of restaurant options nearby. the room was comfortable with a king-size bed, and there was a good selection of English channels on the TV. the daily cleaning service, along with provided toiletries, made the stay even better. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast served every morning.
