The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the beach in Patong area. It is situated on top of a hill, providing a picturesque view. The rooms are spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to assist guests, offering a shuttle service and a delicious breakfast with various options. The pool area is well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. the facilities and room advantages make for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

One drawback is that the hotel is currently undergoing construction, which can be noisy during the afternoon hours.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always ensuring that my needs were met. the location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to an amazing night market. the rooms were quiet and spacious, perfect for a couple or even a small family. the staff at the reception were always friendly and helpful. the hotel had everything we needed for a longer stay, including a gym, bike rentals, and a lovely pool area. the breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend this residence for anyone visiting Phuket.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, a beautiful pool, and friendly staff. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and other areas of the city. We also loved the daily cleaning and the option to use the hotel's free shuttle service.

We had a great romantic escape. the pool was amazing, perfect for relaxing in the sun. A great perk was the shuttle service that took us anywhere we wanted to go. the breakfast spread was diverse, and the pancakes were excellent. We also appreciated the mini-fridge and kettle in the room, as well as the friendly staff.

The location was not ideal, and we had to hire transportation to and from the hotel. the hill leading up to the hotel was challenging to climb, especially after a long day of exploring.

I recently stayed at a residence in Phuket and had a wonderful experience. The location was convenient, with a night market just a 5-minute walk away. The apartment I stayed in was spacious and had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as having to walk outside to access the pool and the bed only having a sheet as a blanket, I still thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend this residence for a longer stay in Phuket.

The beds were a bit hard and some springs were broken, which made them less comfortable. Additionally, the resort was located up a steep hill, which may pose a challenge for people with mobility issues or those traveling with small children.
