The staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. We stayed in a private mini villa with a secluded pool, perfect for a romantic and intimate honeymoon. The location was stunning, with easy access to the beach for a swim or a peaceful walk along the shore. Highly recommended!

the location was perfect, right on the doorstep of a clean beach. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were impressed with the dining options, especially the opportunity to dine under the stars. the hotel also offered room service, which was efficient and the breakfasts were delicious. the grounds and pool were beautiful, adding to the overall ambiance of the resort. We also appreciated the option to upgrade our room to a garden villa with a pool, which was absolutely lovely. the views of the ocean and beach were simply fabulous and it was definitely worth the extra cost. we had a fantastic experience and are already planning to return, possibly for our honeymoon!

The resort is located close to the beach, providing easy access to the crystal-clear waters and sandy shores. its position on the edge of Chaweng allows for the best of both worlds - quieter nights for relaxation or the option to venture into the bustling center for Chaweng's vibrant nightlife.

Some guests have reported instances of missing items after the housekeeping had cleaned their rooms.

The staff was exceptional, friendly and accommodating. They upgraded our room without any additional charge. The superior sea view room had a breathtaking view from the private balcony. The pool and pool bar were clean and relaxing. The hotel provided everything we needed and was conveniently located near restaurants and a mall.

As for the breakfast option, it could have been more varied and offered a wider range of choices.

For us it was ideal.

We had a wonderful stay at Samui Resotel Beach Resort. Our purpose was to relax and unwind, and we stayed for a week. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We enjoyed complimentary water every day and the top location right on the beach, close to shops, restaurants, and bars. The free shuttle to the Chaweng shopping mall was also a nice perk. Our villa was amazing, with a super nice private pool and a big bathtub. The beds were very comfy and everything was kept very clean. The breakfast was good, and when we requested a villa with more privacy, they accommodated our request easily. The garden pool villa they offered gave us complete privacy with its high concrete walls.
