Sandy House Rawai provided excellent value for money with its new and spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and efficient air conditioning. The location was great, just a 5-minute walk to the seafront and main street, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering complimentary breakfast and even renting out scooters at a reasonable rate.

We loved staying at Sandy House! The rooms were beautifully designed and shiny and new. The hotel territory was comfy and creative, with a hint of taste and humor. The hi-speed Wi-Fi and powerful air conditioning worked great everywhere. The free breakfasts had many various options on the menu, and the staff even catered to vegetarians. The location was good, with shops and restaurants nearby, and the beach was easy to reach by bike or motorbike. The hosts were the nicest we've ever met, very friendly and delicate.

Felt totally at home, nothing to complain about.

My partner and I stayed at Sandy House for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, organizing a driver for us and accommodating our request for a room on the first floor. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee, tea, and toast each morning, as well as the helpful information about snorkeling trips. The overall experience at Sandy House was lovely, and we would highly recommend it.
