This hotel is an amazing place to relax and rejuvenate. the beach is stunning and the pool is clean and refreshing. the food was delicious, and I loved the variety on the menu. the service from the staff was top-notch, making me feel like a VIP guest. the location was perfect for me as it was away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, giving me peace of mind.

Although the staff was friendly, communication was a bit of a challenge as they did not speak English well. there were no nearby attractions or activities to keep me entertained, making it a bit boring.

The service provided by the staff is excellent, ensuring that guests feel well taken care of during their stay. We had a fantastic stay at Santhiya Phuket Natai Resort & Spa. The traditional Thai wooden architecture added a unique charm to our spacious room, which also featured a relaxing tub and a private pool in the garden. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. The swimming pool was huge and had stunning views of the beach. Speaking of the beach, it was just steps away from the resort and had beautiful white sand and clear water. The breakfast was delicious, with great coffee options. The staff, especially Mai at the front desk, went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration special. Considering the price we paid, the value for money was exceptional. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

While our stay was mostly wonderful, we did encounter a few small cockroaches in the shower. It would be beneficial for the hotel to address this issue.

This hotel is a gem for anyone who wants to feel luxurious. the rooms are stunning, with exclusive amenities, as well as a romantic outdoor dining area. the library is a perfect place to relax while enjoying the vast garden area. the infinity pool provides a breathtaking view of the beachfront, and the outdoor swimming pool offers an excellent spot for family fun.

As a minor issue, it is a bit isolated. the venue is located about 40 km from Patong Beach, making it necessary to take a taxi if you want to travel around, costing approximately 2000 baths round trip.
