The staff at Saran Boutique Hotel Thapae were incredibly helpful and accommodating. When I arrived with heavy suitcases, they didn't hesitate to carry them up the stairs to my room on the 3rd floor. The room itself was clean and had a beautiful bed, with a balcony that offered amazing views. The hotel's location was perfect, situated on a side street near the main temples. Great location, just a few steps away from the main temples and night market. the room was very clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the comfortable bed and the incredible view from the balcony.

There was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs. there was no safe in the room, which made us a bit worried about leaving our valuables unattended.
