The staff at Saran Boutique Hotel Thapae were incredibly helpful and accommodating. When I arrived with heavy suitcases, they didn't hesitate to carry them up the stairs to my room on the 3rd floor. The room itself was clean and had a beautiful bed, with a balcony that offered amazing views. The hotel's location was perfect, situated on a side street near the main temples. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and great location.

The location was perfect, near main temples. Exceptionally clean room. Beautiful bed with amazing balcony view. Friendly staff who helped with special birthday decorations and cake. Conveniently located and received complimentary wine for New Year's Eve.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the old town. The location is unbeatable, with many attractions and the Sunday night market just a short stroll away. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a wonderful view from the balcony. We also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the complimentary bottle of wine left in the room for New Year's Eve. this hotel offers great value for money and exceeds expectations in every way.

Great location, just a few steps away from the main temples and night market. the room was very clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the comfortable bed and the incredible view from the balcony.

There was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs. there was no safe in the room, which made us a bit worried about leaving our valuables unattended.
