Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff. Modern bathroom with walk-in-shower. Convenient parking facilities. Good value breakfast with flexible timing.

The hotel had a prime location, close to the beach, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping malls. The staff was also courteous and helpful during my stay. The room had a great sea view, which added to the overall experience.

In terms of drawbacks, there were musty smells throughout the rooms, and my room had a rotten timber smell, which could be due to water leaks from the shower. The aircon in my room was not working, and despite asking for it to be fixed, it was not resolved.

This hotel is in a great location, close to shopping malls and many nearby restaurants. It is also conveniently located next to the beach, offering beautiful views. The rooms are spacious and modern, with amenities such as a big TV, stocked mini-bar, and safe. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there is a small rooftop pool with a well-appointed area for relaxation.

There is no chair at the desk and no chairs on the balcony for enjoying the sea view.

We had a great stay at Sea Me Spring Tree. The location was perfect, with easy access to Walking Street, Soi Buakhao, and Central Plaza. The rooftop pool was a refreshing oasis, and the watermelon shake was a delicious treat. The room was clean and quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. We also appreciated the convenience of a 24-hour mini store just minutes away. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, cleanliness, and amenities. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Pattaya next year.

This hotel offers great value for money, with spacious rooms that include a bath tub and balcony. The location is perfect, right in the center but on a quiet street, making it close to everything, especially the beach. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The breakfast provided is also delicious and satisfying.
