During my recent stay at Seabed Grand Hotel Phuket - Sha Extra Plus, the housekeeping staff impressed me with their friendliness and kindness. They went above and beyond to ensure our room was clean and comfortable. I can confidently recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Seabed Grand Hotel Phuket - Sha Extra Plus. The hotel staff was very responsive and promptly sprayed our room when we requested protection from mosquitoes. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of Thai and western options, and the shower had perfect water temperature. The pool and sauna were absolutely lovely, set in a beautiful setting. We also enjoyed the welcome drink while waiting for our room to be prepared. The large comfortable bed, consisting of two twin beds together, ensured a restful night's sleep.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. We were unable to change our dates and no alternative solution was proposed by the hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore all the attractions. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering useful tips for dining and arranging affordable transportation. The breakfast is varied and delicious, with options for both Western and Thai cuisine. The pool is stunning and not crowded, perfect for a relaxing swim. Additionally, there are convenience stores nearby for any essentials needed.

The hotel is situated a bit far from the main areas. Guests would need to take taxis or use a transportation app to get around.

The room interior is classy and clean, staff are friendly and helpful, nearby food choices, well-equipped gym, wide variety of food and drinks at the pool bar, huge pool.

Nothing it is perfect.

The pool area was nice and clean, and it had a good view of the surrounding area. the location was convenient because it was close to the town center and easy to get to the main attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful when we needed a recommendation for nearby restaurants.

the walls were incredibly thin, so we could hear everything going on in the neighboring rooms, and it was hard to get a good night's sleep. the service was slow and inflexible, and it took a long time to get help with anything we needed.

Luxury and exclusivity define my experience at this hotel. the staff, especially at the reception and the pool bar, were beyond amazing, always helpful and warm. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were stunning, and the sun loungers were comfortable. the room advantages were superb, with private facilities that made me feel comfortable and pampered. the restaurant had a commendable menu and delicious food.

the leisure/TV room could have been improved to make it more comfortable and inviting.
