The leisure facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool and rooftop pool, were well-maintained and provided a great place to unwind. The room was spacious and clean, much bigger than I expected. the location of the hotel was great, very close to a shopping mall and easy to reach downtown. the staff tried their best, and the security guard at the parking area was very friendly.

The wifi was extremely poor, I couldn't access any website. the shower area was poorly designed, with no shower curtain and water splashing all over the floor, making it very slippery.

The hotel had a quiet and secure atmosphere, thanks to their helpful housekeeping staff. We felt that Season Five Hotel was a great place for families, as they even provided a brand new cot for our little one. The hotel’s proximity to the beach and nightlife was a definite bonus.
