We loved the proximity to the beach and the quiet atmosphere in this part of town. The rooms were clean and offered great value for the price. The hotel also had a cheap laundry service and served a good breakfast. We enjoyed having a swimming pool as well, even though the beach was just across the road. a fantastic option for a budget stay.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel, located near the beach and main promenade. the staff were amazing, always smiling and providing excellent service. Thanks to their hospitality, we decided to extend our stay from two nights to six nights. the rooftop restaurant, run by Mark, offers delicious and customizable food. the hotel facilities, including the pool, were great. Seven Seas Hotel was the perfect choice for a wonderful holiday in Phuket.

Not only that, but it was situated in a quiet area, which was a welcome change from the bustling streets. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure that guests were comfortable. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with a big refrigerator to store any snacks or drinks. I particularly loved the attention to detail when it came to cleanliness - the rooms were kept very clean throughout my stay. Another highlight was the breakfast served at the hotel. There was a great range of options available and everything was delicious. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel based on its value for money, its excellent service, and its convenient location.

the staff at Seven Seas were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We had some trouble with our cards upon arrival, but the staff offered to pay for our stay and allowed us to pay the next day, which was a huge relief after a long journey. the room service was excellent and our room was cleaned daily. the breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We especially loved that they prepared a "lunchbox" for us when we had to leave early, complete with fruits, sandwiches, boiled eggs, and vegetables. the location of the hotel was ideal, hidden from the busy road and just a short 4-5 minute walk to the beach. There were also plenty of shops, cafes, and massage places nearby.

Had an amazing Easter experience at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to all the main attractions. the rooftop bar/restaurant had a fantastic menu with delicious food and cocktails. And the pool was a great place to relax and cool off.

The rooms were a bit basic and could use some updating. the view from the rooms was not the best.

It is also conveniently situated right beside a beautiful section of Patong Beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the sand and sea. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The friendly and accommodating staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The breakfast options are limited but delicious, and the small pool is perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring.

The cleaning staff could improve their work ethic and attention to detail, as some areas were not properly cleaned, and there were instances of laziness observed during their shifts.

They assisted us in our tours to the islands and events during our Easter break. the hotel is a short walk to the beach and conveniently located near restaurants and shops. the rooms are kept clean and tidy with the pool adding value for money.

Occasionally, the noise level from the pool area and neighboring rooms could be an inconvenience, especially during the high season. the bathroom needed attention, the drainage had pressure issues with an odd gurgling sound being heard.

Had a fantastic stay at the Seven Seas hotel for a week. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms with a rustic and quaint Thai design. Nice little pool with shaded seating area. Cooked-to-order breakfast with a good selection. Great location, quiet but close to shops and beach. Special mention to Ten, the taxi driver, who gave us great recommendations and a private tour. Will definitely return.
