My family and I recently stayed at Shangri-La in Chiang Mai for 4 nights. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, and the Premier room easily accommodated the three of us. We loved the soothing ambiance of the spa, which provided excellent service from the therapist. The hotel's concierge, especially Chana, was responsible and helpful in planning our trips and recommending local restaurants. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the night market. The dining scene in Chiang Mai impressed us, with tastefully done restaurants and creative and flavorful menus. The 3D Art museum was a must-visit, showcasing beautiful and painstakingly created art. Chiang Mai was a great place for a short break with lower prices than Bangkok.

While my stay at this hotel was fantastic, I did find the buffet dinner to be a bit disappointing. The seafood options, such as the prawns, crabs, and lobsters, were not up to the expected standard for a five-star hotel.

They were always calm, welcoming, and went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The pool, pool bar, and food were all wonderful, and the spa offered delightful treatments. After four weeks of traveling in Thailand, I can confidently say that this hotel was the highlight of my trip. I would definitely recommend it.

They surprised us with delicious desserts, champagne, and fruits in our room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the entire place was spotlessly clean. The spa was also a highlight of our stay, with soothing ambiance and skilled therapists. Our Premier room was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating the three of us. The location was great, with a short walk to the night market. The concierge, especially Chana, was very helpful in planning our trips and recommending restaurants. The food scene in Chiangmai was fantastic, and we particularly enjoyed Ginger farm and Thajene Chomchan Seafood. The 3D Art museum, Art in Paradise, was another highlight and provided us with wonderful memories. Chiangmai proved to be a great destination for shopping, food, and outdoor activities like ziplining.

The food at the hotel's restaurant was divine, leaving my taste buds completely satisfied.

I had an amazing stay at a conveniently located hotel in Chiang Mai. The premier room was comfortable for my family of four, with kid's bed and toiletries provided.
