Christmas at this hotel was an unforgettable experience! We loved the traditional decorations and friendly staff who went out of their way to make the holiday feel special. the location was also perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions. the cozy bed and delicious food made our stay truly enjoyable.

We did experience some noise from outside the hotel which made it difficult to relax at times. the room was a bit on the dark side, making it hard to see properly when getting ready.

The breakfast at the Chaliang restaurant was delicious, offering a mix of buffet and a la carte options.
