The staff are nice and helpful. The hotel is clean. It has great rooftop pools with beautiful views. The location is close to the beach and shopping.

The hotel I stayed at was in a great location near shops, restaurants, and a mall. It was within walking distance to Terminal 21 and a short ride away from a different island. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Service was fantastic, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast spread was impressive, with good variety and fresh food. There were two pools with amazing views and a gym, which were great facilities for a proper stay.

The hotel did have some issues with noisy surroundings, but earplugs were provided to help with this.

Excellent breakfast, stunning pool view, happy hour drinks, AYCE buffet, friendly staff.

I had an amazing experience at Siam@Siam Design Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with kindness and professionalism. The hotel is beautifully presented and immaculately clean. The room had a stunning view of the city through its big window, and the bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. The rooftop swimming pools were superb, offering breathtaking views. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shopping centers. The staff provided smooth and efficient service throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated the Chinese service, which made everything more convenient for me. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, prime location, and fantastic facilities.

Although my stay was mostly enjoyable, I did notice a few minor issues. The F&B prices at the poolside were a bit expensive, and some of the other guests were a bit obnoxious.

We had a fantastic stay at this boutique-style hotel. the staff were not the traditional bowing and praying type, but they were helpful and cheerful. the location was perfect, in a fun area with a short walk to the beach. the rooftop pool offered a great view and was a fun place to relax. the hotel seemed popular with young Eastern European millennials, creating a vibrant and friendly atmosphere. We would definitely return to Siam@Siam Design Hotel.

Arriving at this hotel, I was welcomed with a refreshing drink. the My Club benefits were a luxurious addition as I had access to an exclusive lounge serving breakfast, tea/coffee, cocktails, light dinner and snacks. the staff was exceptional especially a lady who was attentive. the pools in the hotel, especially on the 24th and 27th floors offered exclusive amenities and provided an amazing view.

The only minor issue was with the room size as the space was small. the pool on the rooftop compensated for it.

I had a truly pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff, especially Mr. Tommy, were kind and supportive throughout my three-day visit. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the rooms were comfortable and well-decorated. The rooftop double deck pool provided the best view of the city, and the hotel facilities, including the gym and rooftop bar, were excellent. The location was perfect, with a great rock music bar nearby and easy access to transportation options. Plus, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious.

The hotel's breakfast was very satisfying, with a good range of options. the view from the top floor was incredible - you could see the entire city and beyond! The location was fantastic, close to many attractions and restaurants. the hotel offered a free shuttle service to nearby areas, which was very convenient.

The staff at the front desk were not very friendly or helpful. I also found the room to be quite small and cramped, with limited amenities.

The 17th-floor room had bay views, stylish restaurant with yummy food, surprise birthday cake, two-floor pool and bar. Convenient location for shopping and drinking.

We loved the outstanding Wi-Fi, convenient location, helpful staff, impeccable cleanliness, and efficient air conditioning. The 5-star rating is well-deserved.

We had a lovely weekend at this hotel. the design and decor were incredibly artistic and unique, making it feel like a living art gallery. the rooftop bar was a highlight, offering stunning views and a great atmosphere. the buffet BBQ served delicious food, and the breakfast choices were amazing. the staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.

The hotel's location was a bit inconvenient, requiring a 20-minute walk to reach the main attractions. the check-in process was a little slow, but not a major issue.
