As a business traveler, I recently had the pleasure of staying in a resort that was located on the side of a majestic mountain. The shuttle service was extremely helpful when getting around on the slope. The picturesque view from my room was awe-inspiring, and the staff's service and kindness were exceptional. The breakfasts were very delicious, and the spacious rooms and comfortable bathrooms were a welcome respite after a long day. The private pools were wonderful, and it was quite refreshing to swim in the cool water.

The resort is not within easy reach of famous beaches or attractions.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The room was the best we've ever stayed in, with a breathtaking view. The staff was friendly and accommodating, upgrading our room for free when they learned it was our wedding anniversary. The minibar was fully stocked and complimentary, and we loved the convenience of having a Starbucks with the best view on the hotel's premises. The pool was great for the hot weather in Thailand, and the location provided the privacy we were looking for. we were extremely pleased with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and the helpfulness of the staff.

I had an incredible stay at Sinae Phuket - Sha Extra Plus. The view from room 301 was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the ocean. The spa was an oasis of relaxation with highly skilled staff. The room itself was beautifully decorated and the mini bar stocked with complimentary drinks was a nice touch. The hotel's app made it easy to order food, schedule spa treatments, and get information about the hotel's services. The food and drinks were delicious, and the hilltop restaurant had an amazing view. The warm greeting upon arrival and friendly staff added to the overall positive experience. Despite some slight drawbacks, such as the location being a bit secluded and the private pool in the room being in the shade, I would highly recommend Sinae Phuket - Sha Extra Plus. it was the perfect place for a special occasion like a honeymoon or anniversary.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location of the hotel, which allowed us to easily explore the nearby attractions. The hotel's private pool was a fun feature, and the rooms were tidy and well-equipped with everything we needed. The view from the hotel was beautiful, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay.

We felt safe and comfortable during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

We had a fantastic stay at this retreat resort. The staff at Sinae were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making our check-in process fast and efficient. The hotel's mobile app was a great tool for navigating the facilities and services. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with the added bonus of a private swimming pool and breathtaking sea views. The buggy service provided made it easy to access the rooms and the cafe, which would have been quite challenging otherwise. We also appreciated the third-party tourist packages desk, which offered a variety of options for exploring attractions like Phi Phi Island. the resort was well-maintained, the breakfast was delicious, and the extra treats in the mini bar were a nice touch. The presence of a Starbucks at the top of the resort, complete with a stunning viewing deck, added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a great location with amazing views and facilities. the staff was very helpful, arranging everything we needed and offering beautiful little touches for a birthday celebration. the food and drinks were incredible, and we particularly loved the app that allowed us to use the buggy service to visit other areas of the hotel. We also enjoyed the private pool and outside bath tub.

Although the hotel offered good services, it could have improved by enabling guests to order drinks when at the public spa pool. Another downside was the light/electricity issue that we experienced at our villa.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved being able to order buggies for convenient transportation. The breakfast and staff were amazing, making our stay the most incredible one yet.

Felt very lucky, no complaints.
