The hotel had amazing complimentary amenities. the executive suite upgrade was a huge highlight. the location was near Lumpini Park and convenient for getting around. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety.

The hotel was not in a lively area and was difficult to get a taxi. There was a noisy party nearby that was not handled effectively by housekeeping.

The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, even preparing special treats for guests on special occasions. The breakfast selection is great, with a wide variety of options. The hotel also has a beautiful pool with fantastic views.

The check-in process can be slower than expected.

Our stay at the Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The room, despite some strange colors on the pillows and chair, was modern and spacious, exceeding our expectations. The bathroom was perfectly designed and luxurious. The hotel grounds and lobby were stunningly beautiful, creating a classy and elegant atmosphere. The staff were professional, attentive, and provided excellent service. We were impressed with the hotel amenities, including the well-maintained pool and the delicious food served there. The location was convenient, with nearby metro stations and a free shuttle service. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of high-quality food in a peaceful ambiance. our experience at the hotel exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return!

As a disabled guest, I was impressed by the hotel's wheelchair accessibility and the staff's willingness to accommodate my needs. The spacious rooms and separate dressing area made it easy for me to navigate and feel comfortable. The hotel even provided a wheelchair for me to use outside of the property, which was a thoughtful gesture. The variety of restaurants around the hotel grounds also provided excellent dining options.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kempinski Hotel. the room was spacious, quiet, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the breakfast selection was extensive, offering a wide variety of options. the staff, especially the concierge team, were amazing and very helpful. the housekeeping service was top-notch. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the afternoon tea in the lobby. the spa was a lovely experience as well. the hotel facilities were great and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that meets all the exclusive needs of its guests. the service is exceptional and the Spa & wellness centre offers various treatments and body scrubs. the outdoor saltwater pool is perfect for relaxation, and the sun terrace with sun loungers is a great place to soak up the sun. Live entertainment and massage are available, while the beauty treatments and facials are top, notch. the treatment room is spacious and clean, the Turkish bath and steam room are exquisite, and the Infinity pool provides spectacular views.

There is only one minor issue: the venue lacks a convenient location for shopping, and the free shuttle service only goes to some metro stations. Nevertheless, this hotel's bar/ lounge area and picnic area/ tables are perfect for private facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The hotel grounds, lobby and gardens are amazingly beautiful! The room is modern and huge. Everything works perfectly, including the AC, fridge, and curtains. The staff is amazing and very professional. The pool views are great and the food served there was excellent. The location is good, near Lumpini park. The breakfast was the best I have ever seen. this stay exceeded expectations!

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
