I had the best stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and made me feel like I had made lifelong friends. The two ladies at the front desk were exceptional. They went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. I also loved the adorable kitty who would come around from time to time. The room was absolutely gorgeous, inspiring me for my future retirement condo. The bed and bedding were of top quality and very comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool which looked absolutely gorgeous. The staff were friendly and helpful, even arranging scooter rentals and an Uber for me. The location was perfect, just 10 minutes away from the city center and close to tourist attractions. I appreciated being able to stay in a quiet neighborhood with a restaurant on site. And last but not least, the breakfast was delicious.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the lovely Lanna-style decor of the hotel. the rooms were spacious, although a bit dim due to the use of dark wood. the highlight was definitely the Jacuzzi, which was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. Additionally, the hotel provided shuttle services to key locations and had a convenient location near the airport.

On the downside, we found the location of the hotel to be quite far from the main attractions in the city. It was situated in a residential area, which made it less convenient to explore the city on foot.
