I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room at Sino House Hotel - Sha Plus. It exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. The location was ideal, right by the historic area of Phuket, making it easy for me to explore the city. The staff was also very accommodating, allowing me to check in early. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with made-to-order omelettes and fresh fruit. Despite being in the middle of downtown Phuket, the noise level was expected and didn't bother me. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

My Christmas stay was wonderful! The beautiful room had a huge and comfy bed, perfect for a relaxing night's sleep. We were delighted to find that the hotel has a spa with skilled staff and a zen garden, where my partner and I enjoyed a massage at an incredibly low price. The hotel's restaurant was a great surprise! We tasted delicious food and cocktails that were served on the scenic rooftop bar. Plus, we had the opportunity to explore the fascinating surrounding area, with easy access to the ferry that took us to an amazing island.

The air conditioning was too noisy, and it was difficult to sleep through the night comfortably. we found that the prices offered by the hotel for taxis were 10% more expensive than if we got one ourselves.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beautiful decor and a stunning floral design on the walls. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel could improve on the English language skills of some of its staff, particularly at the glass house restaurant.
