This hotel is a true luxurious escape. the exclusive amenities and exceptional service made my stay unforgettable. the Spa & wellness centre with sauna, swimming pool and jacuzzi was outstanding. the live entertainment was a nice touch. the massages, steam room, and foot massage were top-notch. the sun terrace with sun loungers and garden area were perfect for relaxation. the restaurant had a great in-room breakfast, bar/lounge area, and special diet menus.

The only minor issue I experienced was that the picnic area/tables and outdoor dining area were not available. Otherwise, my time here was beyond my wildest dreams.

During Christmas, the hotel was beautifully decorated with festive lights and ornaments adorning the lobby and restaurant area. the staff members were always polite and attentive, with housekeeping doing a great job of keeping the room clean. the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to local markets and shops.

The food was not up to par and not very tasty. the breakfast was subpar and tasted bland, with little to no variety.
