The views of fishing nets at the restaurant are lovely. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is good.

Great boutique hotel, stunning location, beautiful design, available bikes to explore, amazing swimming pool.

Loved the location of the resort, it offered stunning views of the nearby lake. the morning boat ride provided a fantastic opportunity to witness the beauty of the lake in its truest form. We stayed in a villa which, despite being a bit of a distance from the main restaurant, was well worth it for the rustic charm and natural surroundings. It was also great to see staff taking time to whisk guests between areas on their saleng, making the journey much more enjoyable.

Unfortunately the bathroom was a bit of a letdown, with poor drainage leading to the water spilling out onto the floor during showers. However, the resort was mostly understaffed, and it could have improved the guest experience if there had been more people on hand to help with registration, lugging bags, and other tasks.

The location of the resort is quite picturesque, with one area situated in the lagoon and the other by the lake. The rooms in Zone 1 are described as modern and nice, especially those near the pool, while Zone 2 offers a good-sized accommodation with well-stocked bathrooms. The staff is highly praised for being friendly and helpful, and the breakfast options are said to be varied and of good quality.

Some guests have mentioned that the noise from the long-tailed boats can be disruptive, especially in the early mornings.

Nestled in a beautiful location, this hotel offers great amenities including an amazing outdoor swimming pool and a garden area that offers a tranquil and exclusive ambiance. the staff are fantastic and their service is beyond expectations , the massage experience was top, notch and personalized. the private facilities are exquisite and well, maintained. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offer delectable dishes and drinks. This place is perfect for relaxation and delivers luxurious needs.

The slight noise from the long, tailed boats in the morning. It did not interrupt sleep, but a good pair of earplugs would come in handy.

The design of the boutique hotel is absolutely stunning and the surrounding area is beautiful. We loved exploring the countryside with the complimentary bikes, especially the road along the river. The nearby botanical gardens are definitely worth a visit. The Thai-style breakfast had a great variety and quality. The swimming pool was amazing and the staff were fantastic. We stayed in a deluxe villa seaview and absolutely loved it. The hotel restaurant and service were excellent.

We booked a twin bed, but when we arrived, there was only a double bed available. The hotel couldn't provide what we had booked and instead offered us a compromise solution, but we had to request an additional blanket, which they wanted to charge us for.
