We enjoyed our romantic escape and appreciated the complementary in-room coffee and free Wi-Fi. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to shopping and dining options. The pool views from some of the rooms were also a nice touch.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Sugar Marina Resort - Art - Karon Beach. The pool view room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a great bed. The daily room service was excellent, and we left a small tip each day to show our appreciation. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and many restaurants. Despite some minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better, as it is just a short walk from the beach and a variety of shops and restaurants. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to accommodate our requests. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with a mini-bar, fridge, and sitting area. We loved starting our day with the delicious buffet breakfast, which had a wide variety of fresh fruits and juices. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool, which was over 70m long and perfect for laps. It was never crowded and we never had any issues finding a sunbed. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality service, making our stay truly luxurious.

Additionally, the hotel is situated near the Phuket airport bus stop at Karon circle, about 200 meters away, allowing for easy transportation to and from the hotel.

The hotel staff seemed to be overstretched at times, particularly during check-in and check-out times.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel called Sugar Marina Hotel - Art - Karon Beach - Sha Plus. The deluxe room I stayed in during NY time was perfect for my three-day stay. It was clean, spacious, and situated on the quiet side of the hotel, which was great for getting a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast served each morning was delicious. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and a variety of local food places. it was great value for money and I would gladly visit again.
