The staff were excellent and very helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth trip. The layout of the hotel is attractive and peaceful. There is a free shuttle service to the old town, which was convenient. The hotel also provides a free minibar with delicious traditional snacks. The small wine & coffee bar on-site serves Starbucks coffee, saving us the trouble of going out for drinks. The resort has a nice atmosphere and the design is reminiscent of the old Sukhothai ruins. The staff are friendly and provide good advice about the area. The swimming pool is great and the bar offers a good selection of wine and food.

Stunning ricefields nearby, but no rooms with a view. Amazing temples in touristy town. Bike around temples in the afternoon for great views. Great pool, reliable WiFi, well-maintained property. Helpful staff, satisfying breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with a huge bathroom. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a big swimming pool and a beautiful biological garden. The hotel provided free transportation to the historical park, which was not far from the hotel. The staff were friendly and even gave us a room upgrade. The food at the restaurant was tasty, and the bar had a friendly atmosphere with reasonably priced drinks.

Nothing we didn't like to be fair.

The rooms were modern and had a nice bath tub and separate shower. The personal WiFi router in the room ensured fast and reliable internet. The buffet breakfast had a good variety and we could even request a fresh omelette. The hotel had a beautiful swimming pool, though we couldn't enjoy it much due to the rain.

Great experience spending Christmas holidays at this hotel! the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a good variety of dishes and the coffee was great. the location was convenient, a short ride to the main attractions and with a nearby shuttle service.

The Wi-Fi signal wasn't great throughout the hotel. While the shower pressure was fine, it took some time to get it to the right temperature.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The free shuttle bus to the historical park was a convenient and thoughtful touch. The staff at the reception were friendly and even upgraded my room. The spacious room and huge bathroom were impressive. The swimming pool was large and inviting, and I loved exploring the biological garden where they grow their own fruits and vegetables. The restaurant, Pink Lotus, served delicious food and had friendly service. The bar was also a great spot to unwind with reasonably priced drinks.
