I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The first thing that stood out to me was the incredible value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in every aspect of this hotel. The location was perfect, situated on a slight hill with beautiful views overlooking the beach. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with basic facilities that met all my needs. And let's not forget the breakfast, which was simply delicious.

My experience at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find a single thing to complain about.

Sun Moon Star Resort is conveniently located down the hill, close to some really nice beaches such as Haad Yao beach, which is just a 5-minute walk away. The rooms are clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need including AC, fridge, microwave, and a kettle for tea and coffee. The owner and staff provide excellent service and are always available to answer any questions or organize taxi services. The resort also offers a nice breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

The resort unfortunately does not offer a sea view, as it is situated behind other resorts.

The location was great, it was a short walk to the beach and there were plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. The staff were friendly and welcoming, they were always available to help with any questions we had. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast which provided a good selection of food to start the day.

The room was poorly maintained, with outdated furniture and dirty carpets. The bathroom was also in need of an upgrade, as it had a musty smell and the shower was not functioning properly.

The staff were fantastic and welcoming, always helping with a smile. The food was great and we enjoyed all meals. The scooter rental was a positive experience, no issues. The resort was in a convenient location with easy access to restaurants and cafes. the staff provided a great service and we highly recommend staying here.

Clean, modern units with king beds. 3-minute walk to beach. Helpful family runs resort, arranging taxis and ferry tickets. Good breakfast and dinner.

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful surroundings and well-maintained villas at this resort. The owners were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed. The short walk to the nearby beach and restaurants was convenient. Despite a couple of minor issues, such as limited breakfast options and a slightly tired bathroom, my overall experience at Sun Moon Star Resort Koh Phangan was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
