I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location is perfect, just steps away from a beautiful beach where you can enjoy stunning sunsets. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony to relax and enjoy the views. The staff here went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and provided excellent service. They were friendly, attentive, and always available to assist with any request. I also appreciated the option to borrow a mountain bike for free and explore the surrounding area. this place exceeded my expectations and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

From the moment we booked, everything was smooth. Transportation was provided and the hotel is just a short walk away from the beautiful sandy beach. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the facilities were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and at home. The breakfast provided was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and well-maintained rooms, nice and clean pool, excellent food, good breakfast, shuttle service and car rental available.

Nothing not to love.

We loved the modern and stylish rooms with comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. the beach, although a bit rocky, was clean and provided a quick and refreshing dip. the Wednesday night Thai buffet on the beach was a magical experience, and the hotel's location in a quiet part of the island offered a peaceful getaway from the hustle and noise of the city.

Sadly, we were disappointed with the overcharging for extras at the hotel. Everything seemed to come with an exorbitant price tag, from transportation to even a minibar water that was never used.

The hotel had a great location, with easy access to public transportation. the staff was friendly and tried to be helpful whenever I had a question. the rooms were clean, with fresh linens and towels. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the complimentary breakfast each morning.

The hotel was quite noisy, with loud music and people talking late into the night. the walls were thin and I could hear the people in the neighboring rooms.

The views from the balcony were breathtaking and the room was clean and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and made us feel at home. The lunch menu was delicious and more to our liking. The level of service was outstanding.

The evening menu was a bit too fancy for our taste, resulting in fewer diners. The restaurant next door was a bit noisy in the evenings.
