After reading reviews with a mixed reaction, we decided to stay at this hotel during our business trip. Although it was far from the beach, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms with kitchenettes and balconies. The location allowed us to easily walk to the nearby Big C for our daily lunches. The staff provided excellent service and even helped us with ironing our clothes. the room, bathroom, and breakfast were satisfactory.

Great location just a short walk from the beach and main attractions. the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. the breakfast spread was impressive with a wide range of Thai, European, and Japanese options to choose from. the swimming pool on the top floor was a hit, especially with my son.

Some of the rooms were not up to par and faced a neighboring hotel, which was a disappointment. There was a strange musky smell in the room I was assigned, leading me to pay extra for an upgrade.
