We loved this place! The location was amazing - it was in a small alley near to the Sky Train, making it easy to get around and explore. The service was excellent, from the room service to the bell staff who helped us with our luggage. The room was clean and had great amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The pool was stunning with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, and there was even a happy hour at the poolside snack bar.

We recommend this hotel to everyone - it was such a great experience and we can't wait to go back.

We had a nice Easter break at this hotel. The rooftop swimming pool was clean and great to relax in. The staff was very friendly and professional, providing excellent service. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, being close to key transportation hubs and away from the noise of the city.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the variety of the breakfast became a bit boring after a few days, as there wasn't much selection.

The Surestay Plus Hotel in Bangkok was an absolute gem! Clean, modern rooms with comfortable beds. Fantastic location near clubs and bars, with Nana's Plaza just a street away. The rooftop pool and bar had amazing views of the city. The gym on the rooftop was a bonus. Highly recommended!
