The location was fantastic, with a nice pool and friendly staff. The Bar/Restaurant had great food and a good selection of drinks at reasonable prices. The rooms were clean and it offered off-street parking as a bonus.

I had a wonderful stay at Sutus Court 3. The hotel's location in the heart of Soi Baukho was perfect for exploring the nightlife and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable, with daily maid service and fresh towels. The pool and jacuzzi were a great addition, providing relaxation after a long day. Although the furniture was a bit dated, it didn't bother me as everything else was great. I enjoyed the view of the hotel pool from my room and appreciated the quietness of the surroundings. I would definitely recommend Sutus Court 3 for its exceptional location, friendly atmosphere, and value for money.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in the heart of the bustling tourist area. The value for money was excellent, with spacious rooms and attention to detail. The location of the hotel was excellent, with shops and restaurants nearby. Next door is Cheap Charlies, a great value restaurant that is open all day from 7am. The staff were helpful in ordering taxis and there was a good selection of restaurants in the area.

The hotel offered two great features during my Christmas stay. the location was unbeatable since it was close to a popular shopping mall and it was easy to access public transportation. the room was also spacious and had a comfortable bed. Plus, I appreciated the fact that the hotel offered free Wi-Fi which made it easy to stay connected with family and friends back home.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that left much to be desired. the overall cleanliness of the room was poor, with an unpleasant odor and stained bedding.
